These are all strong things because it points to the kind of person that they are and what they’re doing. You can ask it and it’s specific and it gets you the information you need. So exactly like what Lisa said, what are you most looking forward to doing after COVID and anybody that’s playing any sort of a sport will tell you, they’re excited to go back to doing that. So it’s a really good opener. Gets you to the information that you need to know, but it doesn’t waste time.
